AnyTool is a free platform of 1,300+ browser-based tools. Use them however you like, for personal or commercial purposes. We provide the Service "as is" with no warranties, and it is supported by advertising. Your files stay on your device — we never see them.
By accessing and using this website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AnyTool ("the Service") provides over 1,300 free, browser-based utilities across 14 categories, including:

- •Image tools — resize, crop, compress, convert, enhance, and AI-assisted editing
- •Video, audio and file tools — convert, trim, compress, extract and manage
- •Text, developer, converter and SEO/web utilities
- •Calculators, generators, design, security and social-media tools
- •Custom workflow creation
Key Point: All processing occurs entirely within your web browser. No files are uploaded to any server.

Your content: You retain all rights to any files you process with the Service. Because processing happens on your device, your content never comes into our possession, and we claim no rights over anything you create or modify.
Our content: The Service — including its software, design, branding, logos, icons, text and tool implementations — is the property of AnyTool and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, resell, or present the Service or substantial portions of it as your own.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In plain language: We do our best to make the tools work correctly, but we can't guarantee they'll work perfectly in every situation. Always keep backups of important files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- •Any errors or omissions in the Service's functionality
- •Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your files
- •Any other matter relating to the Service
The Service is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us to use it (being zero), or, where such a limitation is not permitted by applicable law, the minimum amount that law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Outputs of the Service — including calculators (financial, health, BMI, date and others), validators, checkers, generators and AI-assisted tools — are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.
Tools that prepare files for third-party requirements (for example exam-form photos, government portals, or marketplace listings) apply commonly published specifications, but those requirements change and vary — you are responsible for verifying the final output against the official requirements before submitting.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyTool and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party’s rights — including processing files you did not have the right to use.
The Service may include advertisements from Google AdSense. These are subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements.
If you use our contact form, your message is delivered through EmailJS, an email-delivery service, as described in our Privacy Policy. No other third party is involved in operating the Service, and no third party ever receives your files.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
