Pages are sorted the way people count, so page2 comes before page10, and pages in chapter folders stay together. Hidden files and macOS '__MACOSX' folders are ignored.

Not for JPG pages.

JPG pages are always copied into the PDF unchanged. PNG pages stay lossless PNG, and WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF pages are converted to PNG, unless you choose 'Smaller file', which saves all non-JPG pages as JPEG at 90%.

No.

.cbr files are RAR archives and .cb7 files 7-Zip archives, which this tool cannot open. Only .cbz (ZIP) comics are supported.

No.

The archive is opened and the PDF built in your browser.

It marks the PDF as a right-to-left book.

PDF readers that honour it, such as Adobe Acrobat and many comic apps, turn pages right to left; some browsers' built-in viewers ignore it.

Up to 500 MB.

The archive is opened inside your browser tab, so very large volumes need a desktop browser.

Detailed Explanation

Technical Details

How it works

JSZip lists the archive's images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF) and sorts them with a natural, number-aware sort. pdf-lib adds one page per image: JPG data is embedded as it is, PNG as PNG, other formats after decoding. ComicInfo.xml, when present, gives the PDF its title.

  • Natural sort
  • No re-compression for JPG
How It Works

Page size

'Same as picture' makes each PDF page exactly its image's size. A4 or Letter centres the image on a paper page, turning the page sideways for double-page spreads.

  • Exact or paper pages
Limitations

Limits
