In-Browser Mail Merge for Postal Addresses
AnyTool’s Mailing Label Generator is the address-focused member of the label family: it performs a mail merge for postal addresses entirely in the browser, driving the shared labelSheetEngine locked to address-sheet templates. In “Recipient list” mode you paste a list and each address fills the next label across the grid, paginating onto additional sheets when it overruns one page — the classic Avery 5160 30-up workflow with a different recipient on every label. The list parser is deliberately forgiving: by default a blank line separates addresses (so a full block of name, street and city/state/ZIP can span several lines), or you can switch to treating one line as one address. There are no CSV columns to map and no spreadsheet add-on, so you can paste straight from a spreadsheet column or your contacts.
- Recipient list mode lays one pasted address per label, paginating across sheets
- Blank-line OR one-address-per-line parsing handles multi-line address blocks
- No CSV column mapping or spreadsheet add-on — paste straight from contacts
- Address templates: Avery 5160/8160, 5163, 5167 return, A4 L7160/L7651
- Drives the shared labelSheetEngine — geometry feeds both the PDF and the live preview
