Styled Name Badges on a Shared Sheet Engine
AnyTool’s Name Tag Generator reuses the shared label-sheet geometry (labelPositions, PAGE_POINTS and the verified Avery 5395 8-up name-badge layout) but, because a name badge is styled rather than plain label text, draws each badge with an inline per-badge renderer. Every badge gets a coloured header band (such as “HELLO my name is” or an event name), a large centred name, and an optional subtitle for a role or company. The same cell geometry and the same per-badge layout maths feed both a vector PDF assembled in the browser with pdf-lib and an SVG live preview, so the on-screen first sheet matches the printed output exactly.
- Reuses labelPositions / PAGE_POINTS and the verified Avery 5395 8-up badge geometry
- Inline per-badge renderer draws a header band, big centred name and subtitle
- One geometry + one layout function feed both the pdf-lib PDF and the SVG preview
- Badge sheets: Avery 5395 (8-up), a 4″ × 3″ event sheet, and a 2-up tent/classroom sheet
- Names placed in points (1/72 inch) so each badge prints true-to-scale at 100%
